"Hard to say.  It does sound a bit early.  Here in Carolina they are just now forming green berries with a few flowers still on the native ones.  In MO we are 2-3 weeks behind Carolina.  Where are you? "

My interest in Elderberries

I became interested in the American Elderberry just this past year. I was born and raised in the nursery and landscaping business here in the northwest peidmont of North Carolina, my family having been in the nursery business here since 1955. I was not very familiar with Elderberries and the overall qualities of the plant.
