Is there anything I can do with such a small amount. I bought a small bag of dried Elderberries when i was buying some other herbs to tincture. So can I do anything with these or should I buy more ...

If it calls for 1 cup fresh or frozen, the 1/2 cup dried is equivalant. Cooking time may be a little longer , tho
Ok i found it. but it calls for 1 cup of fresh or frozen also and i guess it doesnt keep long.

You can make an elixir with that small amount, if it measure about 1/2 c. Go to the forum on cooking with eldberries. There was a post last night that has almost the identical recipe as I use. Hope that helps.
