Permalink Reply by Elderberry LIFE on June 18, 2012 at 6:36am I have named varieties of elderberry plants. I do not grow any from seed as you have no idea what you will get. Only vegetative propagation will ensure pure genetic line. I would not waste my time growing seedlings. Like apples only 1 in 10,000 will be like the parent. you can contact me at elderberrylife@gmail. Here is a link to my website. www.elderberrylife.com
Permalink Reply by Traci Hovis on December 12, 2012 at 3:25am Hello Kevin, I just made my first batch of Elderberry Syrup and it was great for my son's flu. I am sold on the benefits of this wonderful plant and I am looking to buy several plants. I am located in Shelby, NC and would like to buy my plants locally. Please let me know where you are located and maybe I can get up with you in the next few weeks. Or should I only consider buying and planting in the spring ?

I live in Raleigh, NC. Will Elderberries grow here? If so do you know of nurseries here that carry them? How far are you from Raleigh? How much can be harvested from each plant?
thanks.
Permalink Reply by Rodney Boyette on May 16, 2013 at 8:50am Mr. Campbell, I am looking for the Black Elderberry bush that produces the black berries. I live in zone 8 Dillon SC so I need plants that will thrive in my area. Do you have any for sale and if so how much are they. How long doest it take the elderberry seeds to grow?
Thanks
